Andrew, Coatesville Community Bike Works just finished setting up a J&B Account but we're not using the LAB insurance. Our insurance is through a company called Alliance of Nonprofits for Insurance Risk Retention Group. As their name implies, they're a specialized company that knows the unusual needs of nonprofits. For our needs, ANI-RRG was more competitive. I suggest you check out their website www.ani-rrg.org and call them at (800) 359-6422.

hi all, i have been perusing the archive because we are trying to obtain insurance - both to cover our butts, and because we want/need to get our own J&B account and not mooch off our sister project (which has a parent non-profit) any longer.
question: is the LAB club insurance (which i think i understand from other emails) enough to put on a J&B application and get approved? does anyone out there do this (have a J&B accoutn and LAB club insurance?)
