Hope all of you that go to LA have a blast time and learn a ton!

This email is to ask, cause I know some other folks think likewise, if you think that eve the QBP scholarship is awesome should be open for people that are Non-usa residents or working right now at the states.

If so, is there any way we can address it to the organizers?

What else we can do as non residents in the usa.
