Milwaukee as well - www.bikewinter.org
Having a semi-regular series of events helps keep people motivated, a sort of check in to give frequent encouragement and stay riding in the face of certain frozen death. The Bike Fed of Wisconsin puts on a "sew to be seen" workshop at the onset of each winter in which reflective material is supplied and participants sew them on their winter cycling gear.

We're thinking of offering one, and I'm interested in what other people have done. I've checked out icebike.org a little, and done a little internet research.
I was about to list the topics we're thinking of covering, but I'm interested what other folks thoguht was important.
What were some unexpected responses or questions or things that you hadn't prepared for?
Thanks, everyone.
