[TheThinkTank] Ateliers velos (community bike shops in Europe)

I am getting ready for a trip to France and I discovered that the number of "ateliers velos" is growing all over Europe. In 2007, Rome organized the 1st European Forum of Bike Workshops.

This year, Marseille is going to have a Heureux Cycleur week-end at the beginning of October (same idea as Bike! Bike!)
