Yes, Not Just Bikes is an excellent informative site about great and not-so-great urban planning athat diectly affects cycling in our cities. Lots of history too about why cities are the way they are.

Also try Dutch Cycling Embassy, youtube channel. Super interesting what's happening with cycling life and infrastructure.
