Hey Josh.<br><br>At Off the Chain we do these sort of events for free and have a suggested donation amount and a donation box available during the event. Its good publicity for us and donations often turn up more money than a set amount. Everybody wins!<br>

I know Community Cycles isn&#39;t the only bike organization out there who gets<br>
these (often uber last minute) requests to &quot;just send over a bike mechanic<br>
