Thanks everyone for the replies! This Merch OS looks promising!
Currently for our shift scheduling we use shiftboard. We have a basic
service, so it doesn't allow folks to sign-in for shifts, but we may
upgrade to do that. It's $65/month. Some people hate it, some refuse
to use it, but it does work. and they have a smartphone app.
