Bici Centro of Santa Barbara is considering hiring a shop manager.  Traditionally we have hired from within our volunteer community, but nobody has all the skills we seek.<div><br></div><div>I&#39;ve seen a number of similar jobs offered on this list.  To those of you posting, has this been an effective way to advertise the position?  Do you recommend other methods?</div>
