At the Armory Bike Union, we work with referral partners who already do the certification for the services they offer.  This way we don't have to take on the role of determining need and can focus on what we are good at.  It requires some time to coordinate and promote the program to partner agencies, but definitely saves time and reduces headaches!

Hey All,
So we've received a federal grant for our EAB program.  As part of this we're required to income verify participants.  Are any of you doing income verification for any of your programs?  If so do you have best practices?  Pitfalls to look out for?

Any advice is appreciated.
