We're in the UK, slightly different rules, but ensure any bikes
sold have working bell, wheel reflectors (clear or orange), white
front reflector and red rear reflector. No need for this but it's
what you'd expect from a new bike and we do it for best practise.
During popups where we check peoples bikes, we not whether they
have these too...pointing out why they're added to new bikes,
though not demanding they go get them fitted (by us or anyone
else) if absent.
