The "hotel help" means if you want to split rooms. The first year we went the Bicycle Collective blocked off two 6 person rooms and we just split the cost. I reserved one so far and its not full yet, so if you are interested in one of the spots, let me know.
There are still 3 spots left and it works out to only about $10 per person, per night.
And I'm not sure of any ride shares, but hopefully some others on this email list will. If you are coming from anywhere in the California Bay Area we can help!

What's the "Hotel help?" section about? Is there assistance for hotel
fees?
Also, do you know if there are rideshares being set up anywhere online?
