We've been using CiviCRM; it's a big piece of software that can do a lot of things, which has the downside that it takes a fair bit of staff time to set up and keep maintained. We actually pay a dev shop to do this.
I'm currently checking with my org whether we could share some of the modules that they've built for us (e.g. for tracking shop hours).

Has anyone been using (https://civicrm.org/) or would they recommend a different software package?
