I'd also recommend talking with your local Kiwanis club. They are always be eager to get involved, but often need someone to reach out to them with positive ideas.

Bicycle Longmont has a long history working with our local Rotary
clubs. They've been great to work with. I would guess each club is
different though, so ask for what you need and take what you get.
