We bought a ton of these helmets for an OTS grant and gave them away. they are about $8 shipped and work.
they arent the best but they work. note, they run pretty small, so if you are giving them to adults get larges.

Bicycle Longmont does. I can email you the name when I'm back at my computer. We get a pretty good deal but the helmets are utilitarian, not trendy. But if yer talking kids, then, yer talkin' stickers. Stickers make everything cooler.

does anyone out there purchase wholesale helmets?  we are looking into some funding opportunities (basically trying to get local corporations that give small grants) specifically for buying helmets for low-income kids who work in our 'youth shop'.  thinking that bike/skate helmets might be slightly more popular.  any suggestions for manufacturers/distributors, etc??  thanks!
