We partnered with SA Bikes and the Department of Sustainability, they have helmets and lights that they have purchased to promote safety at events. They allow us to have helmets to give away at our program as long as they are branded and we provide information that relates to their program, wich is safety. I have no issue with that.
In short, try the city.

Hey everyone,
We're involved in a couple programs that provide free/by donation bikes to folks that wouldn't otherwise have access and have recently identified a real need for accessories (particularly locks, but also helmets and lights). Has anyone had any success getting discounted or donated accessories from distributors, commercial shops (i.e. deadstock) or through fundraisers or bike drives?
Any tips/suggestion would be helpful :)
Thanks!
