Splaff (a post-consumer tire/tube clothing, etc mamufacturer) used to pay shipping for boxes of slime-free tubes. Don't know if they still do. This was ~10 years ago. I'm certain there are more companies doing similar work now.

We do the same as Mary, and always leave a few tubes in every size to be patched by folks looking for a free tube or a work trade opportunity.
