Hello! I work at a community bike coop in Moncton, New Brunswick. We are looking at visually impactful ways of addressing subtle gender bias in our shop. I am sure we are not the only shop that has to work on conveying women's equal competence to the general public in a bike shop setting! Does anyone have any posters, simply-written policies, or ideas? Thank you! Jennifer
