[TheThinkTank] Does anyone reading this interview their volunteers?

Hey Everyone,

It's something we're playing around with at Community Cycles, in an effort to better plug new volunteers into jobs that match their ability level and interest, and minimize our commitment to and investment in those who are less committed to us from the get go.

I'd be interested in conversing off list with anyone out there who does do interviews with new volunteers, what questions are asked, what is done with notes from the interview, and your experiences with the process.
