Where do you guys/gals purchase patches and tube glue?&nbsp; The only thing readily available to us is individual patch kits.&nbsp; There is always more glue left over than there are patches (waste) and there are always patches that are unnecessarily huge.&nbsp; Are there bulk kits available and what do you all use?<br>
