Can we resurrect this topic with more detail about problems and solutions?

A few of ours are:

Getting event organizers to pay what the service is worth. We are writing a contract for this and will share it when finished -- does anyone have one we can model ours on?

Parking large volumes.  I loved the idea of playing card suites for parking areas. Some have mentioned a chronological (sequential, for numbered tickets) system, and color coding.  We usually invite users in to help find their own bike, which is less than ideal.

Racks. We have made some from rims and crib railings, and have a grant pending for a design contest, so if you have something good (sturdy, light, collapsible), let us know. If we get the grant, you could get $250.
