Has anyone looked into selling bicycles consignment at their shops? Or looked into it?
I'd love to hear what successes, issues, pitfalls, and/or barriers people have ran into.
We're brainstorming some ideas that would allow members (BBP has a yearly membership program that gives folks unlimited shop time for a year) to sell bicycles consignment through BBP.
