Use player cards, cut them in half. Give one side ot the owner and the other half between the spokes.

Ahead of time we got commitments from volunteers (weeks ahead),
planned what we were bringing (tools, stand, water, bananas, display,
stickers etc.), got t-shirts to identify volunteers and tried not to
drink too much the night before, ha.
