Hi Mike, All,
Currently Bicycle Collectives in Utah pay everyone on staff $12 an hour, which is starting to feel a little to low to retain great people. Our executive director has traditionally been compensated between $25K and $40K a year, which in the past has dipped down for a year or two due to budgetary constraints.

What is considered fair compensation, salary or pay for employees of a bike cooperative?  I realize this will vary quite a bit depending on location, hours, experience and position of staff member,  shop manager or mechanic.
