We had our Grand Opening of the Delta Bike Project in Mobile, Alabama last night. We have a motivated group of young and old volunteers that have been working over the past year to get this bicycle cooperative going. This is an experiment for us, although we've had significant help and input from Plan B in New Orleans and Bici Coop in Birmingham. Last night we had over 100 people stop by and celebrate with us.
It seems that the pricing structure for parts is different among many co-ops. It would be very helpful if you all could share with us your pricing structure for parts - used and new. We are working over the weekend to price out our existing parts and plan for the ones we receive in the future.
