I'll be winding up our social enterprise in London, UK soon and will finally get time to scan/upload all the gift economy resources ;)

We never work solo with kids but I started the business myself and always used to work alone (and many late nights still did/do)
What I had in place though was solid Risk Assessments and Method Statements for everything we did (as well as the premises and all the protocols for accident reporting, fire, general H&S etc).  Happy to share anything that could be useful.
