On the evening of 8 July, our 1st organizational meeting was held.  Next morning the application for a non-profit corporation was Thein the mail to the Secretary of State of Ohio.

Our name is "Summit Cycling Center"  Mail to Attn: Angelo L. Coletta    45 Cathedral Lane  #602  Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.  Please send the Bike-Bike info.

I have been subscribed to the list under my name. The change will be made soon.
