I think it&#39;s tricky with interns because we&#39;d like to assume that it means free help, but interns require at least some supervision.  If you have the time and energy to support the work of a high school or college student, great.  If not, don&#39;t do it.<br>
<br>It works best if the other involved agency or school has a thorough system of accountability, like if they make the intern come up with a work plan and grade them accordingly.  Also, in retrospect, I wish I had done a better job holding some interns accountable, but, again, that&#39;s hard to do when you don&#39;t really have the capacity to support them anyway.<br>
