Just a few thoughts to add:

You state that you will have access to "
around 15 meters to storage at least half of them".  You don't share how many "all of them" might be?  Also, you don't share if the 15 meters is square, rectangle or perhaps (I hope not) "L" shaped.  So our assumption is that it is square....ish.  Also, you don't share is this a room, a shed, a garage or what, the question being is it 8 feet, 10 feet or perhaps even taller?

The reasons these things are important is because if the 15 meters are tall enough, you could build a double layer rack so as to have two layers of bikes.  If the room is rectangular, you could actually build racks on rollers (wheels) allowing you to bring one "rack" of bikes out of the storage area for easy access.  There are lots of simple solutions, if you would share with us more detail about the space you will have for storage, we might be better able to assist you.

Of course your best ideas will come of being there, and necessity.

Excellent luck to you.

Matt

Hi Raquel!

Maybe start by looking at how bike shops in your area address this.  Bikes are unweildy and I've seen several shops address the "bikes take up space" problem by ending up with an unsafe pile.

I think the best solution is to build a bike rack that will allow you to park as many bikes as you safely can.  Maybe try doing image searches for long-term bike parking, bike racks, bike shops, etc., to get an idea of what's out there.

There's a little more information on the wiki page at https://www.bikecollectives.org/wiki/index.php?title=Shop_Layout#Bike_Storage
