I guess looking for a way for volunteers to sign up remotely, and see what's available, and alternately what shifts are already spoken for. Like a reservation. It wouldn't be necessary to see the staff schedule from that end. But that the staff have a 'one click' access to the volunteer schedule to see how many folk and who are expected that day.
 And we are hoping to develop an electronic sign in / out software or app (currently the ones that are in existence don't completely meet our needs ) so we wouldn't need that in a sign up interface.  well..
