I highly recommend folks use the forum page on the bikebike website to keep track of what treks are happening, and who wants to join them. also don't forget to check out the travel info already up there,
especially the part about which border crossings have *bike access*.<br>
<br><br>Not sure if I mentioned this before but on the canadian side of Lake Ontario there is a Waterfront trail that covers about 900km. You can take it from Niagara on the Lake, through Hamilton to Toronto, or (coming from the east) from the Quebec border through Kingston and Port Hope (etc).<br>

we are looking at leaving Friday the 6th....  so 6 days, reducing that mileage and pace.  its all basically flat, by the way, so 70 miles a day is doable even at an easier pace.  frankly we dont quite know how long it will take, but we want to leave enough time to get there.<br>
