It's worth trying to contact the few community bike shops listed on the wiki:
https://www.bikecollectives.org/wiki/index.php?title=Doe- het-zelf_Werkplaats
https://www.bikecollectives.org/wiki/index.php?title= Community_Bicycle_ Organizations#Germany
I'm 100% certain there are more -- someone from Cologne Bike Kitchen
came and visited our shop a few years ago. Apparently in Germany most
community bike shops are called "Bike Kitchens", so just searching
"bike kitchen" and a city name may bring up results.
