Community!Is your organization (or a network of groups in your city) considering volunteering to host an upcoming Bike!Bike! Conference? We would love to hear from you about your plans to host! Current and former organizers would be interested in checking in regarding your preparation, considerations, questions, and planning guidelines!
The decision of who will host is made collectively by those attending the conference each year, but this process can be a bit intimidating, confusing, and demanding on those offering to host. If we can get interested parties to check in in advance of the conference, we can make this process as clear and streamlined as possible, and sharing your interest in advance will also allow for attendees (or those unable to be with us this year) to ask you questions and get an idea of what your group and your city could offer as hosts.
