[TheThinkTank] Co-ops that own their own building free'n'clear?

I wonder how many bike co-ops own their own shop free and clear? We just made the last payment on our shop in Lansing, Michigan. It’s an old corner gas station. We have used it for other things in addition to the bike shop, like for music and for a comedy show! Not a great pic. This place is hoppin’ twice a week. (Yeah we used to be open more days.) — Jeff Potter
