I thought I would share this job description. Full Job Description attached. We are looking for someone to lead a Sunday team entirely devoted to supplying bikes to refugees, asylum seekers and others in need. An important part of the position is to develop a more diverse group of volunteers.

Any advice on how to increase diversity would be appreciated.
