Hello Tara,

At Third Hand Bike Co-op (thirdhand.org), we have general liability and property insurance (we own the building) and Director's and Officer's insurance to cover coordinators.  The former is from American Family Insurance (because one of our coordinators knew the agent) and the latter is from United States Liability Insurance Company (recommended by the agent).  That's what we're comfortable with collectively though the answer will differ among organizations!
