One of the best, if not the best I've attended. Guadalajara was really well organized, we ate great food, met great people, and got to experience a beautiful and vibrant city. We even made it into a national news paper: http://www.milenio.com/estados/dias-cambiar-mundo-bicicleta_0_603539664.html.
