Hi ThinkTank-ers -- <br><br>Neighborhood Bike Works has been selected as a finalist in the Cause An Effect program on Facebook. We have the potential to receive a $25,000 grant to fund Earn-a-Bike classes for youth, which would allow us to provide free classes to 60 youth and would go a long way to increasing opportunities for youth through bicycling in Philly.<br>
