would like to ask a formal question ?
Would
anyone be interested in attending a bike conference in Feb 15th
in Toronto Canada that consists of educational workshops,
forums, and discussions on topics ranging from wheel building,
consensus decision-making, gender
dynamics,
and of course, how to make a community bike space and cyclists
survive through winter. All workshops will be presented and
facilitated by attendees.
