(these are conservative numbers, by the way, I think our assistant/consulting director would regard them as too low)

These last two years we've been building our community back up after five or so years of slumping.
Our hours have recently increased, but for most of this time (since last January) the hours were Tuesday+Thursday 6pm-8pm and Saturday 12:30pm to 6pm.
Weekly average during the warm months has probably been about 30 unique visits. As the cold weather hits we get much fewer, probably average 5-10 unique visits per week. These are as opposed to repeat visits, where the same participants come back multiple times in a week. The latter is too erratic to propose averages for.
We seem to be getting around 400 new participants each year.
All of these participants can be considered equivalent to one repaired bike, whether brought in by the participant or built/repaired from one of ours varies and I don't have the stats handy for that. My sense is mostly it's bikes brought by the participants getting repaired.

Heyyo! I've got to turn around a grant proposal for our DOT quick like lightning and they want projections for the # people whom we can serve given a couple proposed conditions. These programs will be new for us, however, so I don't have a good baseline from which to extrapolate numbers. But maybe you do!
Can you tell me how many folks you think you serve given something like the following conditions (ballpark figures are fine):
- Saturday open hours*
- Sunday open hours**
- Weekly pop-up repair somewhere
- Weekly group ride
- Weekly commuter bike train
Thank you!!!
- For us, the Saturday hours would probably be 10:30-2:30, but give me
whatever data you've got that you think is relevant ** For us, the Sunday hours would probably be 4-8, but give me whatever data you've got that you think is relevant.
