We use one that an ex-volunteer created using php. It does pretty much everything that you listed but is currently not very user friendly or easy to deploy. I&#39;ve been planning to see if I can get some folks together to create new, more stable software that will hopefully work for us all. In the meantime, if you (or anyone else) would like the use of the Bike Tree, I would be happy to send you the software and help deploy it.
