Congrats on all the bikes!!<br><br>Omar at PEDAL recently sent us 2 examples of their consent form but I wouldn&#39;t want to distribute or post to the wiki without permission.&nbsp; Perhaps they would allow me to upload them making sure credit is given as due?
<br><br>It makes sense to start a waiver/permission slip category on the Wiki, though I&#39;m not sure of the most appropriate place for it (insurance?? legal??).&nbsp; Anyone with the documents to share could upload them to that page for everyone to see.
