[TheThinkTank] Volunteer Rights/Responsibiities

Does anyone out there in Bicycle Co-op land have any good documents you can share on volunteer rights or Volunteer bill of rights?

I remember seeing one floating around a few years ago but cannot seem to find it in my files.
