Does anyone have literature they use in their shops?  Any templates, handbooks, worksheets etc.would be appreciated.

We are in need of about everything. 

handbooks
volunteer sheets
time sheets
orientation information
marketing material
inventory media
etc.

I have made a few but they are very basic and not too good so anything you have would be helpful.  You can send them as an attachment.
