I am full time with health insurance on a group plan, however the other 3 full-time employees (and their health benefits) are managed through the Americorp program. So there are two ways you can do this:
Americorp has health benefits, but lots of paperwork.
Find an Human Relations (HR) company that other (large) companies use
when they outsource their HR tasks of benefits, payroll, etc.,.. If the folks in charge of the HR company like what you do, there is the possibility they can make an exception. There will be fees, not huge ones, but fees none the less.

Hey All, The staff at CC has recently grown to three people. In the interest of taking care of the folks who do such a good job of taking care of the shop we're starting to look into health insurance. I haven't done one Google search yet but I thought I'd check in here first.
Let me know if anyone has some leads on health insurance for a small staff.
Thanks
