We buy the CR2032 batteries for about 20 cents apiece, so you'd still have healthy margins selling them at 50 cents each.

DX.com sells them, usually reasonably packaged.

I just picked up a pair of these for myself - 90 cents each, free shipping, and they look identical to the ones that Christopher posted above. I'm not sure how well they work (or even if batteries are included), but if anyone's interested I can post an update in this thread once they arrive.
Several others on eBay sell the same lights at similar prices.
