Usually the city will have tenant insurance that you buy from them. Since the event is in city property I would look into that. $200 at max.

Also look into the league of American bicyclist policy 500 for the year if your a partner orgnization.

Does anyone have good liability coverage for running bike valet for an event? Bicycling for Louisville can't seem to find the special event overage it needs to enter a contract with a local festival to park about 500/day for 3 days. Any leads appreciated.
