I am currently working on putting together a proposal for a student run bike co-op at Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio. I am trying to get a handle on my proposed budget. I was hoping that some of you could provide me with a breakdown of your monthly costs or even just a list of your parts costs and other major costs per month. Also if you could share your membership numbers so I can compare them to the size of our campus. It would help so much if you could send me some information and really any advice for starting up a  new co-op. Hope to hear from you all soon!
