Phoenix Bikes is a nonprofit in Arlington, VA that uniquely combines youth education programs with a full-service bike shop. We are looking for a dynamic, mechanically inclined, passionate-about-teens leader to serve as our next Education Program Manager. 

This full-time leadership position manages our youth programs for 6th-12th graders, including Earn-a-Bike, other mechanics classes, rides and races. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record (2 years+) of successfully teaching or training middle and/or high school youth, preferably in a hands-on role, and is passionate about seeing them learn, succeed and have fun. The position focuses primarily on teaching mechanics, so we're looking for someone with bike mechanics skills. 

The salary range is $53-55K and benefits include a retirement account with 3% match, group health insurance, access to wholesale pricing on bikes and accessories, and more.
