Over the years Recycle-A-Bicycle has received city grants from Dept of Health, Dept. of Education, Dept. of Sanitation, Dept of Community Development & Youth Services for Earn-A-Bike. It all links to building a relationship with people in city government who get what you do and will work to access the funding. When they can, they will.
