Attended some great D&I workshops last year, the best one which was provided by this organisation (for free): https://www.serenityinleadership.com/about
Harvard bias tests also good...worth noting - these should be uncomfortable! if exploring with your team work, within a strong container and space: https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/takeatest.html
We had a team meeting focused on Diversity and Inclusion as well
as many private chats last year to support team members suffering
from the results of Covid, Brexit and uprisings related to
injustice and inequality - not only limited to the notion of
race. I wanted to explore how best to steward and model the
behaviours and values needed to co-create a unified,
compassionate, kind, empowered, meritocratic and resilient team
and thus community. If I had more time and resources, I'd like to
have team days exploring things like this. A heart of gold can
only be expanded, understanding and resonance is the key
